Q: What is Nine2Shine?
A: Nine2Shine is a fully mobile vehicle cleaning service that comes directly to your workplace or site. We specialise in cleaning multiple vehicles in one day, from 5 up to 30+, with both interior and exterior cleaning available.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our first-time offer is £15 for a full inside-and-out clean (usual price £28). Interior-only and exterior-only cleans are also just £15 each.

Q: Do you need water or electricity from us?
A: No — we are fully self-sufficient. We bring our own water and power, so we can clean your vehicles anywhere.

Q: How long does it take to clean my car?
A: Five cars can take as little as two hours; however, handling 20 or more cars can require a full day.

Q: Can I book just for myself, or do you require multiple cars?
A: We usually operate at workplaces with a minimum of 5 vehicles per visit. This keeps our prices competitive and service efficient.

Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We cover Coventry, the West Midlands, and surrounding areas. For larger bookings, we can travel further.

Q: What’s included in a full clean?
A: Interior vacuuming (including boot), dashboard and interior surfaces cleaned, pedals and vents detailed, windows polished inside and out, exterior wash, wheel clean, and tyre shine.

Q: Do you offer extra services?
A: Yes — we offer add-ons like long-lasting wheel gloss (£4), seat steam cleaning (£10), and carpet steam cleaning (£5).

Q: Do you clean in bad weather?
A: Yes — our equipment allows us to work in most weather conditions. Only extreme weather may cause delays or rescheduling.
